- Are we meeting the videographer(s) that will be actually be shooting our wedding?
- Absolutely! Every wedding is photographed and filmed by us, Ed and Lori Rogers. As the owners of Rogers Photography, we personally handle all the work that comes from our studio.
- How long has your studio been in operation?
- Rogers Photography, founded in 1992, is a full-service professional photography studio. “Full service” means everything is handled in-house by us, the owners. We take on the roles of photographers, videographers, editors, audio engineers, graphic designers, planners, and, in select cases, printers for all the work that comes from our studio. The only exception is the final binding and printing of wedding albums, which is done externally.How many videographers cover our event?
- There are always two videographers covering your event. We use up to three cameras to ensure complete coverage.
- What stye videography do you provide?
- We specialize in candid, documentary-style coverage, offering a full-length feature video of up to 30 minutes along with a custom music video set to your chosen song.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. Since the day we opened our studio, we have carried full insurance. To date we have never needed it for any reason.
- Are the digital files included with our package?
- We provide a finished feature video and a music video to your song which is edited to include the highlights of your day. We do not include "RAW", individual or unedited files/clips to clients.
- Tell me about the finished video.
- The finished video we provide includes basic color and sound correction. As mentioned, it is
documentary style. It includes a feature length video of up to 30 minutes containing the highlights of the day as determined by us. We also provide a short music video set to your song. If the ceremony and speeches are long we will provide an abridged version. Upon request we will include the ceremony and/or speeches in their entirety.
Note: this will significantly affect the length and file size of the video and may require additional fees if they exceed our maximum file size of 3gb for the final cut. It is provided in a significantly compressed HD .mp4 format for maximum playback compatibility online and on a wide variety of devices. Final video can run up to 30 minutes depending on the events that take place that day.
- Do you post videos online?
- We share custom reels on our social media platforms, but not full-length videos. Clients receive a download link to their finished videos, which they can post anywhere for friends and family to enjoy.
- Are your prices online?
- Our full pricing brochure is available online for anyone to view or download, featuring our packages and à la carte items. To save time, we suggest checking out all our samples and reviewing the pricing to ensure it fits your budget. We’re always happy to answer questions, so feel free to call or email us anytime.
- All wedding events require a detailed contract which must be signed by both clients and the studio.
